The BBCs mission statement is Inform, Educate, Entertain which has been followed since 1927.

2) How is the BBC funded?

The BBC is funded by the license fee every household has to pay which is £180 once a year.

Ofcom is the regulator for TV and Radio

Ofcom ensures that all rules are followed and there is no inappropriate content is being broadcasted
