Zoom:👌 This camera movement is called "zoom".The director chose this shot so you can see both the peoples emotions. in this scene there is the camera movement called "zoom" this is usually used when something is high up for example a superhero flying down or in this case someone climbing up very high .

in the scene, the camera angle is called a birds eye shot, this is because in the scene the camera is below him which shows him looking up. You can see he is looking at something bright in the sky , this could be the arrival of the doctor. The reaction in his face can he is shocked by why what he can see.
